Happy Friday besties and welcome to a new segment on the blog!

So my bestie Courtney and I recently decided to join forces and start our brand The Fashion Besties! Website coming soon but you can still enjoy all things us on our new segment Fashion Fridays!

This Friday is all about the “Haute” summer trends, and how we threw our own spin and flava into the mix, and some tips on how you can too!

We were definitely feeling the weather and wanted to break out the new summer dresses that we just copped. For me, I had to break out the highly sought after and now SOLD OUT Christoper Rogers Neon 2 dress that he dropped in his Target collaboration. I wasn’t even looking for this dress when. I found it hidden in I guess was the pile of returns and it was in my size – score!!!

Paired with the signature Gucci belt, air force ones with a lime green swoosh, and Furla-inspired candy bag from Dolls Kill – I put a street-style spin on this elegant dress!

Courtney decided to rock one of the new pieces from H&M, a very cute and flowy ruffled detailed dress. Paired with her classic air force ones, and some fun red & pink Gucci socks. To bring out the pink in the socks, she wore an oldie, but goodie – her Candy Prada Bag. Last but certainly not least, she accessorized with her wide brim straw fedora – which is definitely a summer staple.
